All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and all European Countries from locations within those countries. The rest of the world’s orders are shipped from China. The current promotion is FREE SHIPPING.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or a reshipment for the ordered products if:

How can I track the status of my return?
As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
